What is ADR?

ADR stands for the European agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road. It regulates the safe transport of hazardous materials on European roads.

For you as a customer, this means that dangerous goods may only be transported by certified companies with trained staff and properly equipped vehicles. MARKRIS Transporte meets these requirements so your freight reaches its destination safely and in compliance with the rules.

Focus: lithium-ion batteries

Defective. Critical. Transported safely.

Defective and critically damaged lithium-ion batteries pose a particular risk: they can ignite, release gases or explode. Transport requires specialised containers, trained personnel and strict compliance with regulations.

MARKRIS Transporte provides approved transport boxes that safely enclose defective batteries and enable safe transport. Our personnel are specially trained in handling critical Li-ion batteries.
